    I have struggled with anxiety my entire life. In my classes and programs, I share with you the things I have used to lower stress and lessen anxiety.

    Meet Nancy

    Hi, thanks for stopping by. I began yoga in 2009 after years of back pain, following a traumatic car accident. After I did some research and read lots of great info about yoga and its ability to help the spine, I was all in and did my first teacher training. What I soon found out that it not only helped me feel better physically, I was now feeling better emotionally.
